BUSY PRESCHOOLERS DO MUSIC

A fun, interactive and relational approach to exploring musical concepts at the piano with the littlest learners.

Are you eager to get your child started with piano lessons?

Your preschooler LOVES music and is fascinated with the piano in your home. NOW is the time to nurture that love and creativity with expert guidance from a piano teacher and fellow mom.

HERE’S WHAT YOUR PRESCHOOLER WILL LEARN IN THIS PROGRAM:

  • Symbol-to-sound recognition
  • Rhythmic understanding of quarter, half, eighth and whole notes
  • Aural awareness of high and low, fast and slow, musical patterns, forte and piano, crescendo and diminuendo
  • Finger coordination and independence
  • Left-to-right, top-to-bottom reading of sheet music
  • Basic music vocabulary

WHAT’S INCLUDED?

The course consists of TWO PARTS. Each part is made up of play-based video lessons containing a combination of interactive musical activities.

RHYTHM STORIES & ENSEMBLES

Practicing rhythm patterns using different fingers and rhythm instruments helps your little one learn symbol-to-sound recognition as well as develop finger independence.

  • Fast & slow

PART 2:

WRITTEN STUFF

Included in the course is a downloadable workbook filled with music and simple written activities to review concepts taught in between lessons as well as promote fine motor development by doing things such as cutting out or circling objects.

“Mrs. Carly is such a great piano teacher! My 4-year-old daughter has learn a lot from her program. We always look forward to learning from her.”

I have purchased Busy Moms, Kids and Preschoolers. This program fits all of our needs because we can keep progressing at our own pace and in our own time. I teach my two grandsons, age 3 and 5, at every available opportunity. We share purposeful, musical play and progress at our own individual pace. We all love it and have fun! Thank you, Carly

Mary Socall

Great for introducing musical concepts to toddlers and preschoolers. The lessons are well laid out and have a good pace. We spend 15 minutes here and there with our 2 and 4 year old doing a lesson. They love it and have grown quickly!

“SO…HOW EXACTLY DOES THIS WORK?”

Upon purchase, you are sent login credentials that will allow you to access this online course.

Because the course is geared for preschool-aged children, each lesson is comprised of 3-5 musical activities that are about 2-3 minutes each — think “Sesame Street” style!

You can view the lessons at your own pace (I recommend one per week). There are checklists within each lesson that give you suggested activities to complete in between the lessons to help your student retain the information that is taught.
