How Does it Work?
You share the news of upcoming courses & products via Facebook, Twitter, blog posts and/or your email including your unique affiliate link (provided in the Affiliate Center).
If someone clicks your affiliate link, our system tracks it and if that same person ends up purchasing a product, you’ll receive the commission. Even if the person does not end up buying that day, the system will identify them if they return within the year and you will still get the commission.
Commissions are generally paid out by the last day of the following month. You will receive payment via the PayPal account we have on file.
You can log in to the Affiliate Center at any time to track your commissions and to see what has been purchased with your link. You will only have access to the Affiliate Center once you have enrolled and have received your username and password.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
To be an authorized affiliate of Busy Kids Do Piano (www.busykidsdopiano.com), you agree to abide by the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement. Please read this Agreement carefully before registering and using Busy Kids Do Piano service as an affiliate. By signing up for Busy Kids Do Piano Affiliate Program, you indicate your acceptance of this Agreement and its terms and conditions.
Purpose of Busy Kids Do Piano Affiliate Program
Your participation in the Program is solely for this purpose: to legally advertise our website to receive a commission on products and services purchased by individuals referred to Busy Kids Do Piano by your own website.
Commissions
Commissions will be paid once a month. Payment shall be made via PayPal by the last day of the following month for the commissions earned in the previous month. For example, June’s commission will be paid by the end of July. You cannot refer yourself. You will not receive a commission on your own accounts.
How Commissions are Calculated
Commissions are calculated automatically at the end of each day. You can review money balance anytime using your online interface. You earn 30% commission on gross sales for all purchases via your Busy Kids Do Piano affiliate link. You will receive 30% of all sales for such customers during affiliate cookie lifetime (one year).
Note: If Busy Kids Do Piano must refund a customer purchase you received a commission for, the commission you earned for that purchase will be subtracted from future commission earnings. Refunds can occur due to various reasons such as fraud credit card purchase, suspicious order, bank chargebacks etc.
Affiliate Tracking
When a visitor clicks through your affiliate link, a cookie is set in their browser that contains your affiliate ID. Visitors sent through your affiliate link may make a purchase later in time and the commission will still be awarded if the cookie is present in their browser. The tracking cookie will remain valid 365 days.
Affiliate Links
You may use graphic and text links both on your website and within in your email messages. You may also advertise Busy Kids Do Piano site “offline” in classified ads, magazines, and newspapers. You may use the graphics and text provided to you by us, or you may create your own as long as they are deemed appropriate according to the conditions outlined above.
Revocation of Affiliate Status
Your affiliate application and status in the Program may be suspended or terminated for any of the following reasons:
Inappropriate advertisements (false claims, misleading hyperlinks, etc.)
Spamming (mass email, mass newsgroup posting, etc.)
Advertising on sites containing or promoting illegal activities
Violation of intellectual property rights
Busy Kids Do Piano reserves the right to terminate any Affiliate account at any time, for any reason.
Advertising
If Busy Kids Do Piano is using paid advertising on your site, you will be unable to use an affiliate link to gain commission. If you do, no commission will be paid.
Zero Tolerance Spam Policy
Spam is defined as any unsolicited email whether commercial or non-commercial in nature. Spam includes, but is not limited to email spam, fax spam and search engine spam. All affiliates are expected to adhere to Busy Kid’s Do Piano no spam policy. If you run a newsletter, e-zine, or other kind of bulk email service, you must have evidence that people signed up to receive email from you. Any and all spam complaints will be investigated thoroughly. Any affiliate that engages spam or in promoting prohibited products or services in connection with their site in any way shall have their affiliate account terminated and could lose any or all affiliate commissions due to them. The site owner also shall be held liable for any and all damages and/or losses that may result as a consequence.
Liability
Busy Kids Do Piano will not be liable for indirect or accidental damages (loss of revenue, commissions) due to affiliate tracking failures, loss of database files, and any results of “intents of harm” to the Program and/or to our website(s). We do not make any expressed or implied warranties with respect to the Affiliate Program and/or the products or services sold by Busy Kids Do Piano. We make no claim that the operation of the Affiliate Program and/or our website(s) will be error-free and we will not be liable for any interruptions or errors.
Terms of the Agreement
The terms of this Agreement begin upon your acceptance in the The Busy Kids Do Piano Affiliate Program and will end when your Affiliate account is terminated. The terms of this agreement may be modified by us at any time. If any modification to the terms of this Agreement are unacceptable to you, your only choice is to terminate your Affiliate account. Your continuing participation in the Program will constitute your acceptance of any change to the program.
